The Client Service Specialist will schedule appointments and
property showings. They also handle customer service from the Blue Edge Realty office. They obtain feedback from prospective buyers that have seen your home, and communicate that feedback to you. Listing Manager
No detail will ever go unnoticed by the Listing Manager. They help with the marketing of your home. And if you select our 2% Plus service package*, they will work with the local MLS systems to ensure correct property information. After the sale contract is arranged, the Listing Manager will consult with you through closing. They will organize property events and work with other Real Estate professionals to help sell the property. Property Marketing Consultant
Sellers will have the most direct contact with the Property Marketing Consultant (PMC). They will be the ones who drive to your home in our Blue Edge Realty mobile office and present the Blue Edge Realty service options. Once you agree to list your home, they'll take pictures of your home and compose a virtual tour for your personal Web listing on BlueEdge.com. The PMC will also help you with the sales contract agreement. Service Center Manager
The Service Center Manager oversees the daily management of Blue Edge Realty and oversees all transaction activity within the service center.
